🎅🏻1.5 Cups of Nuts About Life Pecans
🎅🏻1 Tbsp of Virgin Coconut Oil
🎅🏻1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
🎅🏻2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Golden Sweetener
🎅🏻1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
🎄Place the pecans in a dry frypan
🎄Heat over medium for about 4 to 5 minutes, until fragrant and lightly browned
NOTE: Do not leave the stove because the nuts can burn very easily. Keep them moving so they can toast consistently.
🎄Remove the pecans and set aside.
🎄Slightly lower your cooktop heat setting - In the same frypan, combine coconut oil, golden sweetener, vanilla and maple flavoured syrup
🎄Bring to a simmer until the sweetener has dissolved.
🎄Stir in pecans and continue to stir and coat them until the mixture begins to bubble
🎄Cook for a further one minute until the pecans are completely coated.
🎄Take the pecans off the heat and spread over a tray lined with parchment paper
🎄Leave to cool for 2 minutes
🎄Using a spoon toss the nuts around in the mixture to evenly coat before glaze hardens.
