RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:

- 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1 Tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Icing Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 
- 1 Organic Egg
- 1 Tbsp Nut Butter (your pick) 
- 1-2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips 


METHOD:

1. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and pour into a mug or into a small microwave safe bowl.
2. Pour in all remaining ingredients. Ensuring to mix the batter very well.
3. Microwave for 50-60 seconds on high.
4. Best served warm...YUM!!
